Evergreen Walls had the pleasure of participating in another exciting project with Pinnacle Commercial Interiors, one of our most trusted partners for commercial fit-outs. Specialising in restaurant interiors, Pinnacle Commercial Interiors was selected to lead the fit-outs of multiple Bavarian locations nationwide, including New Zealand's first Bavarian restaurant.

The new design for The Bavarian German restaurant portfolio features an abundance of artificial greenery, which contrasts beautifully with the natural timbers throughout the restaurant.

Owned by the iconic Rockpool Dining Group—also responsible for esteemed establishments such as Sake and Fratelli Fresh—The Bavarian's new look aims to create an inviting and vibrant dining experience.

Our Solution

With stringent deadlines and the need to collaborate with multiple trades, nationally, careful planning and exceptional project management were crucial. Evergreen Walls prides itself on having a team nationally who can stick to a meticulous schedule.

For this project, we used a broad range of faux plants to achieve an organic aesthetic, incorporating multiple moods through hanging vines and baskets, green discs, and bushes in planter boxes. The combination of timber and artificial greenery in The Bavarian's new look ensures that the large volume required for their fit-outs does not lead to excessive maintenance demands. Our greenery is virtually maintenance-free, an essential feature in a hospitality environment where cleaning and maintenance are already time-consuming.

The Bavarian HQ was delighted with the initial restaurant faux greenery installation and requested Evergreen continue the rollout across their national portfolio.

Project Impact

The revamped Bavarian restaurant now boasts an inviting and exciting atmosphere where diners are not only drawn to the food but also to the beautifully transformed space. With the ambient environment perfect for gatherings with family and friends, it also serves as a fantastic venue for events like birthdays or even weddings.
