Our Solution

Telstra sought a creative solution to make their illuminated logo more impactful than when mounted on a plain wall. Given the materials commonly used in retail environments—such as metals, wood, and bright inset lights—the stores lacked a welcoming atmosphere. By integrating lifelike greenery, we were able to create a more inviting and distinctive environment.

Our design incorporated:

- Greenery to Frame Digital Screens: Enhancing visual engagement around digital displays.

- Artificial Wall Gardens Near Customer Consultation Booths: Providing noise absorption and creating a more tranquil setting.

- Biophilic Principles: Emphasizing natural elements in spaces often lacking natural light, such as shopping centers, to better connect customers with nature.

Working around existing electrical work, store signs, fixtures, and fittings in Telstra's technically complex environments presented challenges. However, our team’s expertise ensured a seamless integration of artificial green walls, reinforcing a premium yet consistent design across all stores.
