Willowdale Hotel engaged Evergreen Walls to replace its existing hire plants with a permanent artificial plant solution that would improve presentation while removing ongoing maintenance and hire costs. The goal was to create a consistent greenery look across the venue that supported the interior design and performed reliably in a busy hospitality environment.

The brief focused on delivering strong visual impact with minimal operational complexity, ensuring the finished result looked polished at all times without placing additional demands on staff.

The Process

Evergreen Walls delivered a full artificial plant installation across key hospitality areas of the Willowdale Hotel, including feature fireplaces, dining and bar spaces, circulation zones, built-in planters, and the event room.

Feature areas such as fireplaces were framed with structured artificial plants to create balance and define focal points whilst also softening the space. In dining and bar areas, a mix of floor-standing pots were used to add height and greenery while maintaining clear movement paths for patrons and staff.

Built-in planter boxes were refreshed with low-profile artificial planting to provide consistent coverage and texture. In the event room, grouped artificial plants were used to enhance the fireplace area and lift the overall presentation of the space for functions and private bookings.

Installation was completed by Evergreen Walls’ installation team. Each artificial plants was meticulously shaped, positioned, and finished to ensure an incredibly realistic result.
