Our Vertical Garden panels are made from low-density UV stabilised polyethelene (LDPE). This is a common type of material used in many objects you use everyday. It can be collected and processed by most recycling programs.
Super easy to clean, for indoors just use a damp cloth to wipe down the leaves. For outdoors simply use a garden hose or let the rain do it for you.
Our panels are made with a UV stabilised polyethelene. We don't use recycled plastic as this fades and cracks quickly. Certificates can be provided upon request.
Once installed, there is no need for additional power for lights, irrigation systems or call out fees to maintenance. Also, the material used is 100% recyclable.
For peace of mind, we offer a 4-year warranty on selected products. This covers UV damage, fading or cracking.

If for any reason you wish to return and be refunded for any of the items purchased, contact us within 7 working days of receiving the items by one of the contact methods described below. Our working days are Monday-Friday. Please do not use the items. Please re-pack in the original packaging. We will provide a return label and you will need to attach it to the packaging. Refund for cancelled items will be made by the original payment method within 14 days of receipt. Products that have been customized to the customer requirements, or not purchased from through our website cannot be returned. *Free returns are only eligible if the full amount order is returned. Shipping fees apply to partial returns.
We have a full returns policy on all our products, however please note: once customized artificial green walls have been put up, they cannot be returned to us, as they have been made specifically to your requirements and therefore cannot be resold.
Yes we can. We offer 2 solutions for quoting for supply and installation services. For a flat fee of $150 we can come to your site and consult, measure and provide and artwork with pricing (subject to location) Alternatively we offer a free quote if you supply the sizes and photos directly to us.
Yes. Part of our business is supply and install, delivering a full end-to-end solution. We can support the planning and design stage, and then take complete control of the measuring, manufacturing and installation process for select jobs.
Yes, we’re flexible in our approach and align our services to client needs although we recommend that we’re involved in the design and layout stages for non-standard products. You can purchase all of our products straight from our online store. Most products are offered with free delivery too!
No, our business is designed to sell our products via the website, we try and give as much information on each product to help with your descision. Alternatively we can send you samples of our products or, we can advise on local projects we have completed for you to look at.
If we have stock usually a few days from order, however please check our online store for product availability. We aim to minimise lead times however, timeframes are influenced by material availability and work in progress. Firm dates can be locked in once an order is placed so it’s best to confirm as soon as possible.
Yes. We can tailor our offering to suit our client's needs for boutique jobs and large-scale infrastructure projects.

Yes it's a strong as you can get, the panel is powder coated and galvanised ensuring it lasts over a very long period. This product has been designed to last for architectural applications.
Realistically anything. Our products will attach easily to any plasterboard or timber wall materials.
Polyethylene (abbreviated PE) is the material that the plants and ferns are made of and is the world’s most common plastic. The annual global production is around 80 million tonnes! Its primary use is in packaging but it can be found in most household items and is perfectly safe. The mesh back of our Evergreen Panel range is made from powder-coated steel mesh – also perfectly safe and very durable.
Our signature Evergreen Premium system has achieved an official Group 2 Fire Rating, after a full-scale fire test in accordance with International and Australian industry standards AS ISO 9705-2003 and AS 5637.1:2015.
