What Are Artificial Green Walls Made Of?
This will depend on the type and quality of the product you buy. Lower quality artificial plants are generally made using a combination of plastic, silk and paper, or even heavy metals.
All our artificial green walls are made of high-quality and UV-tested synthetic composite plastic, ensuring they will always look as good as the day you bought them. Our green walls have also been manufactured so they can be recycled into other plastics at the end of their lifecycle.
Our Premium Range of Green walls are officially fire certified in accordance with industry standards AS ISO 9705-2003 and AS 5637.1:2015, achieving an official Group 2 Fire Rating.
The Premium Panels are made with a powder-coated galvanised steel backing frame and fastened together with secure clip system making it almost indestructible. Our entry-level items have a simple and flexible plastic frame that can be easily snapped together.

How to Install an Artificial Green Wall
Gyprock/Plasterboard - Fix directly to the wall with 20mm metal screws.
Timber - Fix directly to the wall with basic timber screws with a large head for more coverage.
Stone wall - Use nylon nail plugs and hammer the panels in place.
Concrete - Use nylon nail plugs. If you can’t drill into the wall, consider fixing a plywood cladding and using timber screws to install your panels.
Wire fence - Use cable ties to hold in place.
Colorbond fence - Fix the panels directly using metal screws. If you don’t want exposed screws on the other side of the fence, try pre-drilling a few holes and using black cable ties to hold the panels in place. Alternatively, consider making a timber frame and mounting the panels to this.

How to Maintain an Artificial Green Wall
Our green wall panels are UV-tested, meaning they won’t fade or crack in the sun, and all they require for maintenance is the occasional dusting and a wipe with a damp cloth to remove any dirt. If you're green wall it outside you can let the rain do all the hard work.
